1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. The specific details of the Sweepstakes are set out in the Schedule below.

Eligible Entrants
Entry is open only to residents of Australia aged 16 years or over. Employees of the Sponsor, Rolling Loud, LLC and each of their immediate families and household members are ineligible to enter. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How to Enter
Public Draw (Game of Skill)
To enter, an Entrant must, during the Campaign Period:
1. Log onto Instagram and follow the official Rolling Loud Australia account @rollingloud.au
2. Locate the official Rolling Loud Australia account’s "Santa Drop" Hero Post inviting followers to enter the Sweepstakes.
3. Post a comment on the Hero Post that tags (using the @ symbol) at least three (3) friends with a valid Instagram account and that provides a response to the creative prompt “Name the worst song to play in a mosh pit. Wrong answers only.”
One entry per person with all the above entry mechanisms and any others included in these Terms and Conditions. Entries by the same person in excess of the above entry limits will be disqualified.
Prize Pool
Sponsor shall select one (1) winner. The winner, upon the Sponsor’s verification of eligibility, shall receive two (2) VIP tickets to one (1) Rolling Loud Australia 2026 festival of the winner’s choice (i.e., either Rolling Loud Australia Sydney 2026, a one-day festival which is scheduled to be organized on March 6, 2026 in Sydney, Australia, OR Rolling Loud Australia Melbourne 2026, a one-day festival which is scheduled to be organized on March 7, 2026 in Melbourne, Australia).
Winner Selection
This is a Game of Skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Sponsor, also acting as Administrator, will select one (1) winner based on the content of the applicable entries, considering factors such as humor and overall quality of the entries. Sponsor shall make such selection in its sole and absolute discretion and Sponsor’s decisions over same are final and binding.
Draw Date
Winners will be selected/drawn on Friday,December 26, 2025.
Notification
Public Winners: Notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM).
The winner will have three (3) business days from the moment such notification is issued via email to respond to such notification by following instructions provided therein. By responding to the notification in the time provided, the potential winner and their guest are agreeing to an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release. If a response is not received in the time provided, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. A maximum of two re-draws following the same above process will be conducted per original selection.
Prize Redemption
For all prizes:
By accepting a prize, the winner and guest agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of their prize. The winner and guest must sign and return to the Administrator, within seven (7) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim their prize (and, if necessary, have their parents or legal guardians also sign the release). The winner and guest will be responsible for all local, state, and applicable taxes associated with the receipt of their prize. The winner and guestare solely responsible for all matters relating to the prize after it is awarded. If a prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential winner, if a potential winner cannot be reached or does not comply with notification instructions within three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, if a potential winner fails to return requisite document(s) within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting a prize, where permitted by law, the prize winner and guest grant to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the winner’s and guest’s respective full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. The winner and guest also acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to their prize.
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
2.1. General
• The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence).
• Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple Entrants. Any Entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the Entrant, the authorized account holder of said email account at the time of entry will be considered an Entrant and must comply with these Terms and Conditions. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account subscriber.
• Your setting must be set to “unprotected” and/or “public” for your posts to be viewable by Sponsor and its agents. Only posts that are viewable by Sponsor and its agents will be considered a valid entry. You must maintain that setting through the winner notification period so that Sponsor will be able to communicate with you via direct message, if required.
• If entering with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who the Sponsor has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
• Each festival’s date and location is subject to change. Air transportation, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s/guest’s responsibility.
• One prize per person.
2.2. Track 1: Content & Moderation
• As part of the Game of Skill entry, Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via Instagram comments. The Sponsor shall not be liable in any way for such content to the full extent permitted by law.
• The Sponsor may remove or decline to select any comment that contains content that is deemed offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, or infringes any third-party rights.
2.3. Publicity and Copyright License
YOU GRANT SPONSOR AN EXCLUSIVE, WORLDWIDE, PERPETUAL, IRREVOCABLE, UNRESTRICTED, ROYALTY-FREE, SUB-LICENSABLE AND TRANSFERRABLE RIGHT AND LICENSE TO EXPLOIT YOUR ENTRY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR NAME AND LIKENESS AND THE NAMES AND LIKENESSES OF ANY AND ALL PERSONS IN THE ENTRY, AND ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (E.G. COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, ETC.) CONTAINED IN THE ENTRY) IN ANY MEDIA NOW OR HEREAFTER KNOWN, WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT OR OTHER CONSIDERATION OF ANY KIND, OR PERMISSION OR NOTIFICATION, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR ANY PURPOSE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR ENTRY AND ANY PERSON’S PROPERTY (PHYSICAL, PERSONAL, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, AND INDICIA) CONTAINED THEREIN. THE FOREGOING GRANT INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE RIGHT TO REPRODUCE, DISPLAY, DISTRIBUTE, PUBLICLY PERFORM, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS OF, ALTER, AMEND, BROADCAST, EDIT, PUBLISH, USE, MERCHANDISE, LICENSE, SUBLICENSE, AND ADAPT THE ENTRY IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA NOW OR HEREAFTER KNOWN, THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, FOR ANY PURPOSE, WHETHER COMMERCIAL IN NATURE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IN CONTEXTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES THAT RESULT IN YOUR ENTRY BEING ASSOCIATED WITH A PARTICULAR SPONSOR OR SPONSORS. ACCORDINGLY, YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO, SUCH USE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DISTRIBUTION, REPRODUCTION, CREATION OF DERIVATIVE WORKS OF, PUBLIC PERFORMANCE, OR DISPLAY OF YOUR ENTRY, AND ANY CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. SUCH WAIVER SHALL INCLUDE ANY CLAIM FOR INFRINGEMENT OF ANY SO-CALLED “MORAL RIGHT,” “DROIT MORAL” OR SIMILAR RIGHT OR INTEREST.
2.4. Terms Concerning Festival Tickets or Special Experiences
• Festival wristbands may be subject to age restrictions. Selection of any seat assignments are at the discretion of Sponsor and/or festival personnel. Festival wristband delivery method is at sole discretion of Sponsor which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of festival under the winner’s name. Winner and guest must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must be at least 16 years of age and must abide by all festival/venue policies, including but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Festival wristbands cannot be exchanged for another festival. If winner is unable or unwilling to travel during the time frame specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and guest must sign and return a release (and, if necessary, their respective parents or legal guardians) before any prize distribution occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. government issued passport, or a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID, as applicable) required for travel. Winner and guest must comply with all CDC regulations, and local government laws, rules and requirements. Winner and guest understand that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of travel cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if winner and/or guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant travel authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Resale/transfer of festival wristbands or prizes is strictly prohibited. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s/guest’sresponsibility. Should the festival be cancelled, Entrant will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
• The Released Parties assume no legal, financial, or other liability whatsoever for any lost, stolen or destroyed wristbands and Entrant assumes 100% risk of loss relating thereto. The unlawful or prohibited resale or attempted resale of tickets is grounds for seizure of all or some of Entrant’s rights and cancellation of Entrant’s license without compensation to the Entrant. Entrant’s prize may not be used for advertising, promotion (including, but not limited to, contests, sweepstakes, games and/or any other promotions), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Sponsor. Sponsor also reserves the right to investigate orders suspected to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions and shall be the sole and final arbiter regarding violations or potential violations hereunder. The Sponsor reserves the right to remove any winner/guest from restricted areas immediately if they are intoxicated, disruptive, or fail to follow festival rules security instructions. No compensation will be provided if access is revoked for failing to follow festival rules or safety.
2.5. Liability
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act.
• By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Rolling Loud, LLC and each of their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates, employees, landlords or licensors related to the festivals; advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the prizes (outlined defined below). Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Except as expressly provided above, IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE. By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize. Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic, or any other condition beyond their control.
2.6. Privacy; Publicity.
• The Sponsor collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers, and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.
• Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s/guest’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
2.7. Miscellaneous.
These Terms and Conditions contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings herein are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of these Terms and Conditions, and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Terms and Conditionsshall be effective unless in writing and signed by both Sponsor and Administrator. The waiver by Sponsor or Administrator of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision herein. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by Entrants, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Sponsor, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void. These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of Sponsor, Administrator, and Entrant.
Rolling Loud, LLC is not a sponsor of the Sweepstakes and is in no way responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the verification of winner. All inquiries regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
